All client data is backed up hourly, daily, and weekly and is stored across arrays of hard drives and off-site tape backups. Payment information is stored in a separate bank of PCI compliant servers that are inaccessible by any single person inside or outside of the company. All data travels via secure 128-bit SSL encryption.

With banks of load-balanced and fully-redundant servers on both coasts of the US, your data is always available, always backed up, and always secure no matter where you are (or where you accidentally leave your laptop.)

Important note: these reports INCLUDE planned downtime for system maintenance. We include it because, hey, if we’ve shut you out because we need to run an update, you’re not able to work in your account.. so, as far as you’re concerned, we’re down. Still, it’s worth noting that UNplanned downtime is very, very rare for us these days. Also maintenance time is scheduled during the periods of lowest system usage across our client base.
