I have been an internet marketer for three years. We operate five successful sites, and during the past few years we have tested numerous email services, back office automation systems, and countless vendors of products designed to aid the internet marketer in everything from traffic to tracking… and our experience with Office Autopilot has been second to none.

Office Autopilot has been one of the most integral parts of marketing my insurance agency. The automation of new client follow up, cross-selling, newsletters, and more has freed me up to spend time doing more business development work.

I have been with Office Autopilot for about 2 years. I have many other marketing automation/CRM systems for various reasons and I’m always testing against them against (Office Autopilot) to check out their delivery rates. I have run several campaigns over the years and I am glad that someone has put all of the best features into one product.
I also love the marketing sequence along with the flexibility and If-Then rules that you can apply to easily customize the campaign. Internet marketing is what is solving a lot of our issues.
The other thing is the ability of the application to keep track of the leads and where they are on sequences. We love that we don’t have to keep track of this [manually], along with all of the other campaigns and not having to keep track of where each database of leads is on each campaign that we run.

What I love is that you handle all of the details of integration with a true online marketing presence from email to phone to regular mail. Whoever built this software built it as if they were going to use it themselves.
You have solved the nagging problems that all other software has failed to solve- [you’ve] connected the different services: [the] CRM with [the] shopping cart with [the] marketing. I had separate systems before [for all these functions] but I didn’t have good track of my customers.
But Office Autopilot has solved all of that. I’m thrilled with passing [of] data from one form to [the] next, adding credit cards to accounts and the ability to manage contact information like never before. It’s really robust and hard to do justice to the system.

You have great customer service. Every time I call, my issue is solved on the phone. What is really great is the ability to easily create anything, send it, and be able to follow up and track leads.
